Enough Room

January 4, 2021

Enough Room is a social impact comedic short film that addresses racial micro-aggressions and inviting authentic connections in the face of... people being straight up ignoramuses.

The film follows the journey of Selena Romo, a successful Latina living in Los Angeles. Despite her frequent encounters with racial micro-aggressions, including a boss who assumes she speaks Spanish, a white savior roommate and a neighbor who qualifies her as “one of the good ones” — Selena loves life in the City of Angels. She also believes she may have found a potential partner in Ben Ciccone, a funny and sweet contractor with whom she’s been chatting on the phone for weeks. But when they finally meet in person, he makes a remark that suddenly turns their romantic date into a dud.
